Home of the Patriots

How Murphy's became the home of the Patriot's is a story that dates back to the early 1990's. A customer survey was taken and it was found that New England fans in the DC metro area needed a place to call their own and enjoy their favorite team. That's where Murphy's came in. Every Patriot's game since that time has been televised upstairs at Murphy's. And if you play it… they will come- that is the most die-hard, energetic crew of fans that a football team could ever ask for will come. And they will have fun. Annual Race for the Cure

Each June, more than 70,000 runners join together for the Race for the Cure- the largest 5k race in the world. Among the crowd, sporting green 'Meet Me At Murphy's' t-shirts are Murphy's own group of spirited runners. Last year, over 40 of Murphy's friends and family gathered together to support the cause by raising funding and awareness for breast cancer research. This has been a Murphy's tradition for many years and will be for years to come. Murphy's would like to thank everyone who participates for helping bring us one step closer to the cure. This year's race will be Saturday, June 3rd. For more information visit http://www.komen.org
